The order doesn't begin processing at the warehouse

If your order has not yet begun processing at the warehouse, the only way to change your shipping address is if you cancel your order, get a full refund, and then place a new order with the updated address. For that process, you can contact us at [email protected] or via chat. 

The order has already been processed at the warehouse or is in transit

If your order has already been processed or is in transit, cancellation is not guaranteed. We can request a reroute through UPS; however, this is not assured. If the reroute is successful, a $99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
