You do not need to be home for delivery. Orders ship via UPS or Treadstone Logistics. In both cases, no signature is required.

• UPS: You will receive a text or email notification upon delivery.

• Economy Shipping: You will receive a text message from our carrier one day before delivery with a specific delivery window.

Carriers may leave the package at your door, porch, or another safe location based on the delivery address. In some cases, if the driver doesn't believe it's safe, they may not leave the package and instead make another delivery attempt. Please ensure you open and inspect your products within one week of delivery.
